You can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).

You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option). Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods , even if the original delivery was free of shipping charges.
Returns are always at the customer's risk.

Please note that the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (§ 13 of the German Civil Code). Businesses as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code do not have a right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on individual selection or specification by the consumer (customer specification).

Since the items you ordered from us are manufactured to order and are not from stock, the right of withdrawal is excluded , provided that you were clearly and understandably informed about this exclusion before the conclusion of the contract.

Additionally, the following are excluded from cancellation, return and exchange:
– Items that are no longer in their original condition,
– damaged items or items missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault,
– as well as items that are returned after 14 days from delivery.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights (liability for defects) for faulty, defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

Please pack the goods carefully so that they arrive undamaged.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and obtaining proof of shipment, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.
